Unable to transfer backup to FTP server!

    I am reopening the same post as my old post was marked as “done”. Unfortunately, the problem still exists.

    Message 1:

    I have a problem with a WordPress website, when I upload a BackUp via FTP to a server, this does not work. Below I have attached the error log.

    Funny thing is, on about 10. other websites everything works smoothly just not on this one website.

    What can be the reason for this?

    Error Log:

    Hello @superkev2k9

    Please try to enable FTP Passive Mode in your job -> FTP tab then run it again.

    enable FTP passive mode has not helped. I still get the following errors

    Could you please ask the host if the connection between the site and FTP server got blocked? Also, please try setup BackWpUp back up to the same FTP server but from another site (like your local host or another website).

    In case it works so there must be something wrong with the current site since I see you already reported 10 sites are currently working fine this issue is probably not caused by BWU but rather than the current site.

    Hello, I was not allowed to create a new topic in the plugin forum. But I am also having issues sending to FTP.

    I’ve used BackWPup for over a year with no problems, successfully sending weekly backups to cloud storage via FTP. Suddenly this week, all of my sites were unable to connect via FTP.

    I spent hours on the phone with my hosting company, ISP, and manufacturer of my modem. No one could find the problem. Now seeing others in this forum experiencing FTP issues, I am wondering if there is a larger issue. A bug that may be fixed soon?
