    Hello.

Once again, thanks for this awesome wp theme. I really like Blocksy ??

I have some weird problem, I cant translate this two strings, only if I reorder them, but everything needs to be just like this.

    CODE of PROBLEM:

    1. admin_texts_theme_mods_blocksy / [theme_mods_blocksy][woo_single_layout][3]product_additional_info_title

    2. admin_texts_theme_mods_blocksy[theme_mods_blocksy][woo_single_layout][5]payment_methods_title

Like I said when I reorder them to position 7 and 8 everything look fine, they are translatable but needs to be in order just like this sample at link that I send to you

Once again, sorry for issue, but I just need to ask for support because I cant find solution, i spend 10 hours but no luck.

Also I do delete all strings, and than scan again for new one but no luck.

    Thank you! Benja

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @bendzi777

Could you please provide a bit of a visual input of what elements you’re trying to translate, exactly? The [theme_mods] strings are not the ones that show up on the front end, so translating them will not necessarily work.

    Thanks!

    Just a quick update, @bendzi777

I have confirmation from the devs that they have figured out what elements are the problem and they will fix the issue in one of our upcoming updates.

I’ll let you know which one includes the fix.

    Thank you.

    Hi @bendzi777

I can confirm that this will be fixed in tonight’s update. Please do Blocksy 2.0.48 once it reaches you and you should be good to go!

    Thanks.

    Just one more thing @bendzi777

If you want a pre-release build to test this before the update, please drop us a line via our website here – https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/support/

Mention “WPML Additional Translations” in the subject so we’ll know what to send. ??

    Thanks again!

I apologize for writing to you again, although this post is marked as a resloved, but unfortunately the last update did not solve the problem. I didn’t want to write to you right away, until I tried all the options, but unfortunately translation via wpml is still not possible, I mean, I can find strings and translate them, but the translation is not displayed on the front page of checkout page.

    Hi @bendzi777

I can still confirm that the issue was fully fixed. The problem on your end might be because you may have not rescanned the strings for the site, using WPML’s built in feature.

Check out this short video – https://streamable.com/dfnpc4. Notice that there are two options that you need to check, then browse around randomly through the products to have WPML rescan these strings.

They should not start with [theme_mods], but should have something like this – single_product:additional_info_item

Let me know if you manage.

    Thanks.
