• Hello,
I am trying to customize the translation of the woocommerce checkout page using Loco. In specific, I am trying to customize the following string: “Billing Details” (this string is currently already translated in Loco, but I don’t like the translation, I am trying to enter another translation).
    However, I cannot do it.
When I edit the current translation, and then hit on “Save”, it doesn’t save. The translation stays the same. The new translation that I wanted to save disappears. Something seems to override it.
    Could you please help me?
    Thank you

Can you be clearer about this behaviour, please?. Stays the same where? in the editor, in your site, in the file? Do you see a success message saying that it saved, or do you see an error?

Perhaps this FAQ may help: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/faqs/files-deleted

I prepared 2 screenshots that explain the matter in a clearer way. Here they are:

I assume you’ve checked from my link above whether your saved file is being replaced by auto-updates?

If your custom translations are saving OK and in a “safe” location, then another translation file must also exist and is being given priority by woocommerce. Can you verify this?
