unable to type in boxes w/ new version of email it

in what area of the E-MAILiT Share Settings are you?

I’m unable to type in either regular settings or advanced settings tabs, like where it asks for your social media pages or your twitter handle. The boxes act disabled and I cannot even click in them to type.

The E-MAILiT plugin settings page is working fine in our end.
Did you pressed the Activate button in the plugin area?

If the problem persists you would have to send us your wp admin credentials at [email protected] so we can inspect what is going wrong.

It’s happening on more than one website. Yes, your plugin is activated on both. Here’s a screenshot. The boxes, where I should be able to type, do not allow me to click, or type, in them.

Could you please try to reinstall e-mailit?
We’ ve made some tweaks in backend to ensure that it is not a jquery conflict.
If the problem insist, you must send us your wp login credentials.

I’ve done that, but all of the same settings were some how saved in the uninstall/reinstall process, even though I told it to delete all files.

I would give you logon info, if needbe, but this is happening on multiple sites, despite your latest update from sat.
