Unable to type in the Product Name field

    Hi Sander,

    When you click “Add”, does a text input come up or is there just no field at all? We weren’t able to replicate this error on our testing environment.

    Yes, I do get a text input field.
    When I hover over it, the cursor changes to the typing thing, but clicking the field doesn’t do anything.

    edit: interestingly enough, I can get to the field by selecting another item and then pressing tab repeatedly. ??

    Hi Sander,

    What browser are using? If you try in a different browser, does it work? If it still doesn’t, it could be a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Could you please try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default WordPress theme and then trying again?

    I have updated to the latest version and it still doesn’t work in Firefox, but I have tried in Chrome and it works there.
    edit: Thanks for your help btw.

    I suppose there is a conflict with something I installed either as an add-on on my browser, or a theme or plugin on the website.
