• Hello –

I was unable to update my webpages. I reviewed the help forum and tried to install the classic editor plug-in and health check plug-in. When trying to “Enable” the classic editor, I received an error message “site failure occurred and because of this the change was automatically averted.” Now even the website looks F*!$& Up. HELP!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • So your site is running WP 5.0.3 and looks fine to me.
Did you install Health Check to help isolate your problem?

There is no such error message in WordPress.

Hello – I still cannot make any changes to my page. When I’m in “troubleshooting mode” the error message is “updating failed” with no additional information.

Any idea what I can do to be able to edit my web page?

    Thanks

@otto42 I have the saved screen shot with the error message if you’d like to see it. It’s very frustrating not being able to update anything on my webpage. Any ideas?

Yes, post that. You should have posted the screenshot of the real error message in the first place.

How do I post a screen shot here? There is no option to add an attachment or paste a screen shot
