Unable to update Contact form 7 with PHP 8.2

I am not able to activate my current install of Contact Form 7 and am seeing a “This plugin does not work with your version of PHP” message in my WP Plugins section. I am running WordPress 6.6.2 and PHP 8.2, which is higher than your current minimal PHP of 7.4. Same with Flamingo and Really Simple Saptcha. Concerning Contact Form 7 I also either can not deactivate the plugin nor I can check the checkbox to deinstall because both is greyed out and disabled. Look forward to your useful hint for debugging.
