• I just started using this wordpress dashboard after moving my site to a new host, FreeHostia. I’ve used them before with no problems. WordPress was installed by the host. However, it doesn’t show that there is an update available for wordpress, and it always returns an error message when I try to download a new theme or install a plugin. How can I fix this?

I updated to WordPress 3.8 manually, and I’m still having the same trouble with installing plugins. Even when I try to simply view plugins from my WordPress dashboard it returns an error: “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Try again”

I honestly don’t know what’s going on here. This has never happened to me in the past, although it has been some time since I used WordPress.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks.
