Unable to update Mailjet

  • Hello. While trying to update the Mailjet WordPress plugin from version 5.1.1. into the new one, I get an error message: “The install could not be updated because some files could not be copied. This happens because of inconsistent folder permissions”.

    I did not change any folder permission in the server. Please, could you point me the steps to fix this Mailjet update issue?

    Hi, it seems the server is locking some files and they can’t be updated.
    Try to uninstall the Mailjet plugin and install it again.
    If that doesn’t work, delete the plugin folder from the server manually. The folder is located in wp-content/plugins/mailjet-for-wordpress
