Unable to update Milestone (Jetpack) Date field.

Have you tried removing the Milestone widget altogether and then adding a new one with your new date?

I did not think about that, but it did not work. I cant even remove the widget, much less change the its content.

I tried moving it first to inactive Widgets, and then removing it, then adding it again to Default Widget area, nothing -frustrating.

This is volunteer work for one of our parish ministries.

Can you tell me more about the issue? Did the system return any errors or message when you try removing or editing it?

I’d like to replicate this at my end, so the more information you can share, the better! Feel free to attach a screenshot in your next reply if you think it can be useful to me.?You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.

Meanwhile, what you can also try is to figure out whether there’s a plugin or a theme conflict.

Try to temporarily deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem gets fixes that way. If it works, then reactivate each plugin one-by-one to find out which one is causing problems.

If that doesn’t help, try to temporarily switch your theme to Twenty Twenty and see if the problem persists this way. You’re welcome to use the Theme Switcha plugin to do that:
