UNABLE TO UPDATE OR INSTALL PLUGIN

  • Hi,

    I deleted the Jetpack plugin and went to install again and it wont work. After I hit the install now button, the internet tab says it is waiting for my website https://www.thesoulsofa.com and that’s it nothing happens.

    I also cannot update anything from the wordpress update screen, I get a white screen and then nothing happens.

    WordPress recently automatically updated to 4.1.1. I deleted Jetpack because I thought it might be the problem since it was something that required updating.

    I’ve never had any issues with wordpress auto updates until now I don’t know if this is has caused a problem.
