Unable to update plugin or renew yearly incense

Hi! Whenever I try to update the WP SEO Structured Data Schema Pro plugin, I get the following message: “Update failed: Download failed, Unauthorized.” It’s also written the following: “Automatic update overdue by 2 years. There may be a problem with WP-Cron.” Moreover, when I try to renew the yearly license on https://wpsemplugins.com/checkout/, the ‘Purchase’ button is deactivated (i.e., it’s hidden by a transparent circle preventing me from clicking on the button). Even when I try to contact the support team (https://wpsemplugins.com/support/), the ‘Send’ button is deactivated there, as well (same on the ‘Contact’ page where the ‘Send’ button is also deactivated: https://wpsemplugins.com/contact/). If what is required for the plugin update to take place is for me to renew the license, can you please fix your form so that the ‘Purchase’ button is activated on https://wpsemplugins.com/checkout/?
