Hi @ajaxstardust , the link doesn’t load, and shows an error “The image cannot be displayed because it contains errors.” Thanks for the screenshot, it looks like imgur access isn’t friendly with a VPN.

I see the error is:

An error occurred while updating Jetpack: Could not copy file. jetpack/modules/custom-post-types/portfolios.php

Could you check these settings with your web host:

• That the site has enough storage space on the server.
• That the all file and folder permissions on your account are all standard (644 for files and 755 for directories), otherwise ask them to reset it.

A person involved in this forum might be expected to know that the use of VPN affects whether content is delivered. It’s kind of alarming, considering you represent #Jetpack

Makes me wonder of the quality of information provided here. I don’t see that there’s value in seeking help. This is simple, due diligence.
