• Hello,

    When I try to edit a slider, on the slider details page, I get this error in console : Error: Request failed with status code 403

    Can you please help? We are unable to edit the slider because of this.

    Sorry, I closed ticket too early.

    Even after disabeling wordfence, I still get error. Here is the error log:

    Hi, Thank you for the follow-up.

    Please note that the whole situation is related to a permission problem. 

    As you have noticed the first issue that was related to the Wordfence is explained here:

    The second error that you shared is most probably caused by Cloudflare and it’s similar to the first situation. 

    For some reason, the Cloudflare service is not permitting Depicter requests to go through your server. You need to check the Cloudflare configurations with the hosting provider. Depicter needs to connect to its assets server to load data remotely.

    You may need to set the Depicter domain name to allow-list. “depicter.com”

    Please check that and let me know.
