Unable to update to latest Version

I bought the new license for the theme and attempt to update it from 1.2.8 to 1.2.9 but it is not updated and throwing critical errors. Please help us. we have been trying to contact you through our account and support portal but there is no response, you are not reachable on [email protected]. We are having a production down because of this for over a month.
