Unable to update to the latest version

    Hi there,

    I’ve tried to update the plugin to the latest version several times and although the update seems to complete without errors, the plugin still shows as pending update.

    What could be happening?

    Honestly, I don’t know. Unless there is an error, this sounds more like a WordPress issue.

    You’re free to try our beta, v4.5.3.2 from our repo to see if it makes any difference: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

    If not, you may have toi contact WordPress support about a plugin not updating. If you discover an error, say in your PHP error logs that pertains to Redux, report it to us immediately.

    I updated to the latest version this evening on Houzez theme and site went down. Error message: “In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Redux Framework.” Site is in recovery mode? Where I can download previous version of the plugin?
