Unable to update user profile

    Hi, I desperately need help!

    When users registering on the site everything work smoothly, but when users try to update information on their profile form, the wheel to save info doesn’t work.

    In addiction, even if they alredy have upload profile picture, a message appears that it is mandatory to insert it.

    This problem has always been there, still before the latest wordpress and Elementor updates.

    I use Ultimate Member 2.2.5 with WordPress 5.8.1 and Elementor 3.4.4 version.

    Please, can you help me? This is really urgent: I’ve been struggling with it for weeks!

    Thank you, I’ve fixed the issue.
    There was a functionality problem of website, I asked for help from hosting support
    and now all is running smoothly.
