Unable to update wordpress (keeps failing)

Hello,
I am trying to update wordpress on a website and when I use manage wp it keeps failing. I gave them cpanle information and they were not able to get it done either. The site was originally hosted on godady although she had me migrate it wrz.

Any help would be greatly appreciated or a point in the right direction to find some one safe and reliable if we need to hire some one.
