Unable to upload .csv file due to compatibility

    Hi,
    I have uploaded this plugin for my 4.1.1 wordpress site but not able to upload the .csv file as the error states “not a .csv file”

    I tried the sample one also but no luck.
    Is it because of the compatibility?

    Please suggest a solution because no other plugin is better than this one as per the requirement of my site.

    Hello JyotiG,
    We are sorry that you are having problems, did you download the CSV file and without opening it try to upload it to your site?

    You did mention that you tried uploading the demo .csv but didn’t mention if you had opened it or not, please try uploading it without opening it.

    Hi,
    I didn’t open the files before uploading.
    Please help as updating thousands of entries manually is next to impossible.
    Can you suggest something because this plugin is so far the best one as per my site’s requirements.

    Hi Jyoti,
    we did find a problem on windows computers and we are going to be posting an update in about an hour sorry for the inconvenience.
    it was working fine on macs.

    Hi,
    The problem is still not fixed. I couldn’t work on the site after the last update due to some personal problems. I tried to upload the CSV file again today but it’s not working. It’s giving the same error that its not a CSV file.
