Unable to upload header image and how to change page name

  • I have two questions

    1) I am unable to upload a header image and have cheated by uploading the header as a logo but the result is not satisfactory. Any ideas why I am unable too upload a header image?

    2) I would like to be able too format the color and font of my pagetitles and / or remove the page names from my webpages. Can this be achieved??

  • Hi,

    Use a PHP info plugin to check your upload_max_filesize value.
    Then ensure that your image file size does not exceed this vslue.

    Hi, thanks for your reply and happy Thanksgiving!

    Do not really understand what you mean as the theme has a “Customizer” however under the header I am unable to upload the required image because the option to do so is just not available.

    As a workaround I have uploaded the image as a logo but the result is unsatisfactory. I guess I rely need to know why the option has disappeared from the customizer.

    So if anyone out there can give me some tips then please do so.

    Login to WordPress admin -> Appearance -> Header
    And it will load in customize
