Unable to upload image through wifi connection

  • Whenever I try to upload an Image to the media library through my wifi connection, it shows an HTTP error, moreover I am not even able to open the “Add New Post” or “Edit Post” window properly when my laptop is connected to the wifi. Whereas, all these problems get solved when I connect 3G to my laptop through phone. This happens through otehr laptops also, when they are connected to the WiFi. I have been facing this problem since a year now and have never found a solution. Please note that I have an extremely High internet wifi speed and all other websites are working just fine. Please help

  • This problem is very strange.

    Try clear all your history include cache.

    What is your error message?

    The laptop wifi and your 3g phone are on different networks. You must have an issue of some sort with the network that your wifi access point is connected to.

    A) connect your laptop directly to your router using a wired connection and see if it works that way

    B) Is your wifi access located on a network that you have complete control over (in your own home for example), or is this a wifi access point located on a network in an environment you have no control over – such as your workplace or an educational facility?
