Unable to upload images

  • Hello….I’m brand new to WordPress and not a developer. I added the Nextgen Gallery plugin and activated it. I’ve created an album and I’ve created a gallery. When I attempt to upload an image (103k) it doesn’t work. Below is what I am doing:

    1. Select Add Gallery/Images
    2. Select the gallery I want to add images to from the dropdown box
    3. Select add files and then select a picture file
    4. Select Start upload

    It appears to start and shows a status of 100% and then I get a yellow triangle with a message saying 0 images were uploaded.

    What am I doing wrong, or what settings do I need to change etc…

    Please let me know if I need to clarify any of the above. I have searched for an solution in the support forum and have not found anything. I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
