Unable to upload images

Hello !
Hope you are doing well.

We were having an issue with UM , we are unable to upload profile picture and cover image`

Ive tried al the methods mentioned here.

Max limit to 516MB

I confirm ImageMagick is installed as well.

imagemagick 8:6.9.7.4+dfsg-11+deb9u8

I confirm the PHP GD library is installed on our server:

/etc/php/7.3/cli/conf.d/20-gd.ini,
gd
GD Support => enabled
GD headers Version => 2.2.5
GD library Version => 2.2.

Please help , I would be very grateful.
