Unable to Upload Images & Digital Products

    I’m finally done with creating the website however during testing period found that vendors aren’t able to upload any PDFs or images when adding new products.
    So far we have tried the following –

    1. Cleared cache & cookes in browser & website
    2. Changed theme to default WordPress theme to see if it’s a theme issue.
    3. Deactivated all plug ins
    4. Changed File permission in media folder to 755

    It looks like you’ve shared a video with us, but it seems the drive doesn’t have the necessary permissions. Could you please check that? Also, could you let me know if you’re using any plugins related to user role permissions?

    I’m not sure what the permissions should be or how to edit them. Still waiting to hear back from WordPress. Can you help?

    Dokan is the only plug in I’m using that offers subscriptions. Can you give examples of user role permissions plug in??
