Unable to upload PDF’s

    Hello,

    I have the Filester plugin on a website I manage and I am encountering issues with some users having issues uploading files. The users encounter an error that says the file type is not allowed.

    All users are setup as admin’s in WP, some users work and some don’t. I originally had all the other users set as a particular role and tried to limit their access to only upload PDF’s. Once a user had the issue I changed them to a full admin in WP and deleted the restriction for the other role they were in, this did not fix the issue.

    For reference, in the settings I have none of the roles boxes checked. Below are links to PDF printouts of the settings I currently have.

    Thanks for the quick response, I do appreciate it.

    I have emailed support to setup a remote support session.

    Once resolved I will update thread and mark it as resolved.
