Unable to upload photo or edit

To start I ran your site, https://www.mvbuyeragents.com , through our debugging tool at https://jetpack.com/support/debug/ and in the results I can see that there are multiple failed tests re: xml rpc.

Let’s try and get that fixed up first and see if it helps out with the reason for your post.

I will check these suggestions out but seems a general problem with wordpress. There are thousands of posts all over this forum and the internet.

When I run
https://www.mvbuyeragents.com/blog/xmlrpc.php I get XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

I see that there are multiple reports out there for folks using the new, Gutenberg editor. Do you still have this issue when using the classic editor?

If you are using Gutenberg, please tell me the exact steps you’re taking to produce the error message, including the block type. It could be related to this report:

That seems to be the issue. Part I do not understand is why go through a lot of testing, fixing and work arounds as it appears to be an issue with something WordPress changed.

Our BLOG is everything to us and post several times a week. This is really a critical situation and feeling very frustrated.

That being said, have you seen anything in forum about a work around?

Please confirm for me that you are able to work in the classic editor with out the error when uploading images? Just want to make sure you have something working while I look in to work arounds for Gutenberg. Thanks.

My host went back to the point before the update that included Gutenberg. All is well for the time being. if this gets corrected we will go back to 5.0 if it appears the complaints have stopped.

Follow along at that link because updates, fixes, and details will be added there by the team.
