Unable to upload picture

    This is the error I get when I try to upload a picture using the upload section in the write post area. Anyone have a clue? The installation of this WP 2.0 blog was done through cpanel/fantasitico.

    Unable to create directory /home/dorifrie/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2006/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
