    @enjoytallinn – Have you looked to see if there are any messages in your error_logs that might be helpful? Also, have you tried temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

    Hey
    it worked before
    now i do not know what happened but it does not work(with the same wordpress theme, so it seems it is not this problem)
    i have tried with small size images and there is the same problem
    if you explain me how to check error_logs it would be very great!
    what else can i do?i really need this gallery but i cant use it!)

    @enjoytallinn – You may need to work with your web hosting service to locate and view your error_logs.

    I’ve had the same problem, it won’t upload to a gallery and says to check PHP error logs,

    message says;
    ‘an unexpected error has occurred. Most likely a server misconfiguration. Check PHP logs or ask your provider’

    I got my hosting company to check why it’s happening, and there is nothing in the logs and after trying lots of options, have told me to bring it to the plugin author.
    It was working great all along until recently.

    Help please?
