Unable to upload to S3

Hello,

I am trying to use the CDN feature of the plugin with AWS S3 and Cloudfront. I followed the documentation below:

I have completed all the setup but stuck on the last step to upload existing files to S3. In the CDN–> General Settings I do not see the option to upload.

Has this changed in the newer version of the plugin? I need help in uploading my site files to S3. I am aware that I can upload site files in S3 but I would like to use the built in feature of the plugin to automatically upload files.
