unable to upload user images from Genie WP Matrimony

Hi

This plugin is works fine on local host. So I use this plugin on for my site but I am unable to upload user images. it’s not useful without user images upload function. I am struggling from 4 days to resolve this with reinstalling wordpress, plugins, themes, changing folder permission on https://app.infinityfree.net. please provide any solution for it. I am not going forward to design my site https://www.muslim-shikalgar.ml
