Unable to use custom images in bloks.

When I access the Theme Options in Appearance, I have the option to upload custom images to the service bloks. However, when I try to do so and not use the icons on FontAwesome, the images don’t show up on my site and the space is left empty. Please help me figure out how to solve this. Thank you!
