• I have recently made a lot of changes in order to resurrect an old website. Along the way, I must have done something that is making it impossible to use the dashboard to connect to the correct website. I contacted BlueHost and they told me it not related to the host and that it was a developer problem. From the Dashboard I am able to see the posts, comments, etc., but when I select “Customize” a spinning circle appears endlessly and does nothing. When I select “view website” I see the initial site that I started last week, but am unable to access it to make changes. The website I am trying to access is MedGreen.co

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to one of the default themes, such as Twenty Sixteen, to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

If neither of those work, you may want to try reinstalling WordPress manually.

    Hello,
Im having the same problem. It hasn’t to do with the browser. Those errors are from chrome console. I would appreciate any help.

    Per the Forum Welcome,

Unless you are using the same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations as the original poster, do not post in someone else’s thread. Start your own topic. Choose your section from the forum front page. After following the appropriate link, start a new topic by clicking the “Add New ?” button to the right of the section’s title.

We are happy to take a look at this, but because everyone’s issue is different, we will have to ask you to start your own thread. This prevents you from having to go through a bunch of steps that don’t apply to you and will keep the forums more focused for those reading in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
