Unable to use file upload plugins

    The plugin prevents the use of any file upload plugins in woocommerce checkout (specifically I tested 2 plugins: Checkout Files Upload for WooCommerce (Premium) and WooCommerce Upload Files).

    In both cases when the user uploads the file it is not saved in the database and in the case of the second plugin it is just uploaded in the checkout page.

    Specifically these plugins after uploading save some metadata in the user session to keep track of the upload itself. In this case, it seems that this data is reset.

    How can I fix this?

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Does this happen when the user is logged in or logged out?
    Is caching enabled for logged in users in Performance>Page cache?
    Can you please disable the settings one by one in Performance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which setting might be causing the issue?
