• Hi, I have used the wordpress app for many years to create blog posts, but since acouple of weeks the app is not working. Sometimes the page freezes, somtimes the cursor is not moving and sometimes I cannot start a new block. I am using a Samsung S10+. I have tied to uninstall and reinstall the app many times and also emptied the apps cache. Do you know what might be wrong?

    Do you have any updates on this? From what I can see, the Jetpack connection is completely established to your yogamedjohanna.com site currently. I’d recommend connecting your account by following the steps:

    1. Log in to your site on a web browser (using a laptop or desktop preferabily): https://yogamedjohanna.com/wp-admin
    2. Navigate to Jetpack → My Jetpack and see a warning, “Missing user connection”. Click “Connect your user account” and follow the indications to complete the connection.

    Let us know if the issues you mentioned previously persists and if they occur on a laptop/deskop or only on your mobile device.

    It sounds like you’ve tried a lot already. Check if there’s an app update or system update available, and try clearing your phone’s system cache. If the problem persists, try Safe Mode or contact WordPress support.
