Unable to use my javascript code

  • Hi,

    I am unable to use a javascript snippet which i wrote.
    Code is capturing the html form values and the java script function will use the data and process it.

    I did everything as was recommended in “Using Javascript” article.even tried the text control plugin, but unable to do . I need some help on this as i am still learning on wordpress.
