Unable to user better docs customizer

    betterdocs pulgin installed
    theme twenty twenty
    navigated to Betterdocs>settings>general > Checked – Enable Built-in Documentation Page slug docs

    Did not get a Documentation page
    Tried apperance>Customize>betterdocs> 404 error
    left panel of customise screen displays the various layouts but cannot be implemented
    I think the documentation page failed to get created – is there a way that I can check this
    Please Help

    Hi @nilay1965,

    Hope you’re doing well.

    It seems you’re getting a 404 error due to the permalink issue. Can you please try re-saving your WordPress permalink from WP Admin Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes and try again?
