• Recently, I’m getting this error: “Unable to Verify $_POST Vars” error using Clickbank; Paypal works fine. I think I recently updated s2member around the same time (a week or two ago) but can’t quite remember.

    I tried some of the suggestions from other posts, including re-entering my Clickbank info (e.g., clerk/api key, developer key, secret key, etc), removing Analytics tracking in Clickbank, running a server scan (nothing of use came up), enabling logging, etc. FYI, I did notice that the “cemail” field no longer includes the at (@) symbol whereas it used to… I have no idea if that’s related to this problem or not as I’m not sure what to even look for in the logs.

    I’ve also submitted a support ticket a few days ago and the only response I got was that I wasn’t quite clear as to what the problem is.

    Currently, I’m at a loss and would appreciate some guidance. Thank you.

    Anybody? I’m beginning to feel like the support for s2Member Pro customers is horrible. Help desk is all but useless and this forum appears to be no better. Somebody prove me wrong, please.

    Thanks for the clarification, Andrew, but I’ve seen this very thread posted several times in the past with support. That said, I don’t know if it’s an s2Member basic issue or their paid overlay since I can’t get any help on the issue! Seeing as though I got to this thread after logging into s2Member.com via their “community forum” link I’m at a continued loss as to who can help. Anyway, thanks again, Andrew.

    I have “unable to verify post vars” issue as well. It’s a critical issue and till now can’t get something useful from the support of s2member. Any help please ? my issue is with paypal standard not clickbank though.

    Hi, I resolved the issue myself as the support is very slow.

    I’m glad you sorted it out, but am sorry about the wait. I just came back here yesterday.

    I’m starting a new community forum for s2, where I’ll be helping anyone (pro or free) everyday as well as I can. I’ll be there more than here.
