Unable to view Articulate content

I’m using WordPress 4.4.1 multisite. After inserting Articulate content into a post the button or text link displays, however, clicking on it causes an html file to download. The light box does appear, however it is empty. You can see an example at https://www2.palomar.edu/pages/dashboard/2016/01/27/cnorcross-test/
