I installed the Constant Contact WooCommerce Plugin and connected it to my client’s Constant Contact account. Upon trying to test the functionality, I can no longer access the dashboard.

Instead, I am taken to the Constant Contact website with a WooCommerce pop-up that says “This free integration will automatically sync your contacts to Constant Contact, create segmented lists for targeted emails and let you drag and drop product blocks directly into your emails – so you can save time and create emails that drive results.”

When I click the Connect Store button, I am taken to the plugin download page. This doesn’t help me as I already have the plugin installed.

Can you please provide clarification on my next steps?

Are you saying that it’s taking you back to https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/constant-contact-woocommerce/ ? or perhaps a page inside your WP admin dashboard?

The go to dashboard takes me to Constant Contact with a popup. Here is a screenshot.

Hmm, just tried this myself and it dropped me back on the settings page for the plugin. When you return back to that page in your admin, does it show you as connected with a blue “Constant Contact Dashboard” button? Or does it show you as still needing to connect?

All in all, it sounds like it’s doing what it should be. Most of this plugin is meant to help facilitate communication between the connected site and your Constant Contact dashboard so that you can easily and dynamically link to products and whatnot in newsletters you’re sending out.

Mine has the same issue. When I click on the blue Constant contact Dashboard button, it just returns me to the “Integrations” page to download the plugin, but I already have the plug in and it’s activated.

Please help. This isn’t working.
