I created 5 events under one category and 5 events under another one. But when I click to view any of those events, it says ” No Results Found The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post. ” Above link is just an example.

I already refreshed permalinks, I already checked to ensure my events are assigned to the respective categories and already disabled all plugins to make sure there was no conflict whatsoever. But none of it helped.

And yes, I already cleared cache, flushed cache, and already tested using another web browser
I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @vschafer ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

    Hi @vschafer

Could you try re-saving the events that has the issue, and see if that makes a difference? If not, please navigate to Events > Troubleshooting, and check the values of the following:

    • Custom Tables Migration Status
    • Custom Tables Health Check

Please do not share any credentials, this is for us to follow the WordPress Forum Guidelines.

    Hi @vschafer

    Thanks for your response.

It appears some custom tables for your events are missing. To resolve this, you will need to migrate your events to the New Event Data System.

Here are the steps to revert and do the migration:

    1. Update to the latest versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro.
    2. Remove any un-needed draft events and empty the Trash.
    3. Activate only our plugins and use the 2020 theme.
    4. Make sure server-side caching is disabled temporarily while you’re migrating your events.
    5. Go to Events > Settings > Upgrades and go through the migration process.

As always, please do the migration from your staging site first before applying it to your live site.

    Hi Darian,
Yesterday I was able to contact your tech support via chat and the representative found what was going on. The plugin was missing important custom tables. There might have been an issue when I first installed your plugin. A failed installation/corrupted data must have occurred. He reversed the migration process and the missing custom tables are now in. My individual events are now viewable.
    Thank you for following up.
