My problem is like the one described by comxcom.
I installed NinjaFirewall on my WordPress site but I am unable to see the pages I see in your screenshot so for me to configure installation. I am stuck at page that begins with “In order to hook and protect all PHP files, NinjaFirewall needs to add some specific directives to system files located inside WordPress root directory…”

I only can press the button “Test configuration”, but i stay on the same page and cannot access the following steps of configuration.
I deactivated, uninstalled and then re-installed again but it didn’t solve the problem. After I saw your answer to user comxcom, I uploaded ninjacheck.php as you told him. Below is what I see (for security, I have masked my rootfolder name and theme name):

    HTTP server: Apache
    PHP version: 5.4.29
    PHP SAPI: CGI-FCGI
    Loaded INI file: /opt/php54/lib/php.ini
    auto_prepend_file: none
    user_ini.filename: .user.ini
    user_ini.cache_ttl: 300
    user INI: php.ini found
    PHPRC: /opt/php54/lib
    DOCUMENT_ROOT: /home/rootfolder/public_html
    wp-config.php: found

    Hi,

Is this a shared hosting account or your own VPS/dedicated server?

I see that the appropriate .htaccess and php.ini files were updated as the plugin intended because I checked using the cpanel file manager.

Can you remove the php.ini, restart NinjaFirewall installation and select .user.ini instead ? You are using PHP 5.4 and .user.ini should be the best choice. Afterwards, you may need to wait a couple of minutes (no more than 5) after the installation, this depends on your PHP configuration and happens sometimes with .user.ini file.

Thanks a lot. That did it. Problem solved.
