Unable to view Forminator Submissions backend

    Hi! I’m using Forminator Version 1.24.4. I cannot view the form’s submissions on the backend and will receive this error. I’m using Forminator for other websites and it doesn’t have this issue.

    I’ve checked the error log, and this error appears.

    Can someone please guide me on how to fix this?

    I hope you’re well today!

    We are already aware of this bug and our developers are working on urgent fix which is expected to be included in upcoming 1.24.5 release.

    It should be here soon as an “emergency” one but I don’t have an exact day.

    Until then, the solution would be to temporarily downgrade to previous version which you can download from here (see the form at the bottom of the page):

    I sincerely apologize for the issue and I’m sure it won’t be long until fix is released.
