unable to view my domain/hosting data

TL;DR
I lost access to my hosting/domain settings and I need to get them back but I don’t know how to do that or how/when I lost them.

I own the website. When I first set up the site, I could manage my hosting and domain information. But I tried to get access to change these settings now, and I don’t have the options anymore in my dashboard. I am an admin on the site, and I tried logging in with my user account and my original admin account, but I didn’t have the option on either.

The payment for registering the domain shows in my purchase history but has a message saying “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases.?Contact support” I never transferred the site to anyone else and I can still log in and edit the sight with no issues.

I can still log in and make changes to the sight but I need to access hosting/domain info so I can
1. add in some marketing tracking on my website
2. clear the cache because mobile sites are seeing an old version of my site

This has been exacerbated by the fact that I can’t submit a support ticket…. I click the continue button on the contact form but nothing happens. and live chat never loads. Has this happened to anyone else? any insights would be appreciated
