Unable to view the meta-box on product page

    Hi,
    A few times ago the plugin did work well, but now I can’t see anymore the meta-box at the end of the product page.

    I’m with the latest version of WP and WooCommerce.

    Hey @simon696. Here a few possibilities to check:

    • Make sure the plugin is activated.
    • Make sure Payments is checked in the Screen Options for the Edit order screen.
    • Check your PHP error log.
    • Did the issue start after updating a plugin? If so, check if downgrading solves the issue.

    I don’t know why but I remembered that the plugin was accessible from products not from orders.

    My fault!
