@toddfletcher is this on a test site or a live website?

If you are still having this issue and all plugins are updated, perhaps you can hop on a call?

I’m following this thread to be alerted if you want to.

    Hey @quadshot,

I apologize for the absence. Changed jobs and bought a house in the interim.

I am still getting this error on viewing tickets. I will email the site and access credentials for support.

Thanks!! for your help – in advance!

I also noticed that this same link is generated on the ‘Order’ page in the back end. I have been digging through the code, and don’t see the issue. It is almost like the tickets are not connected to the Woo-commerce core?

@toddfletcher we got your login and we fixed the issues.

    It was configuration basically.

    1. No tickets were being sold. It was that there was a Product being sold directly, rather than linking to the event.

One of our Commmunity Support fixed it going forward, but read the email you’ll need to decide what to do with previous orders that weren’t linking to the Events.
