Unable to view uploaded video

    Hi I have used the Launcher plugin and the video is not displaying. The multi-file uploader & the browser’s built-in file uploader have successfully stored the files in the media library. I’ve uploaded MP4 and .mov clips also in the Customize feature to place the MP4 Video URL Video or override header image settings. This didn’t work either, please advise on how to fix this?
