Unable to view users when logged out

Sorry if I’m missing something obvious. Building a site with Ultimate Member and love it so far, but I’m having a weird issue: if I’m logged in to the site, I can see all users profile pages. If I’m logged out, I can see users in membership directory but clicking on some profile pages 404s/redirects to homepage. I want to make all user pages publicly visible. Have gone through all the options and didn’t see a way to make this possible. Thanks for any assistance you can give.
