Unable to view website on Word Press Dashboard

  • When I try to view my website on the Word Press dashboard to see my progress I am greeted with a strange page.

    The page reads:

    Your hosting package is now ready to use!

    Website owner

    All you need to do now is simply create and upload your website files.

    htdocs folder
    Upload your files using FTP
    Use your preferred FTP software to upload your files using the server details provided.

    Ensure that you upload your files to the HTDOCS folder

    Have you already published your website?
    Our interactive video tutorials will help you get your website online.

    Have you already attempted to upload a website to your hosting server?
    yes/no?

    Can someone please help me with what to do with this?

    Yes, I installed it through quick install on Fast Hosts, I’ve been using it online.

    login to your hosting provider/cpanel……

    then find error log and click it

    if a server misconfiguration or php error has occured, it will say there and will show you the path of the error, copy and paste the error log here if you need more help after that

    I’m assuming this is my problem? If it is so, do you have any idea how long problems like these usually take to fix?

    well the problems occured Saturday 4th January 2014 at 15:43:

    they should have that fixed by now, its been 24 hours in my timezone
    just ask your hosting provider
