Unable to view WP-ADMIN page

    This is probably a very stupid question, but here goes anyways:

    Just bought a domain off of godaddy.com and used hostgator (Fantastico) to try and setup wordpress. The installation of WP was successful but when I go to mysite.com/wp-admin, nothing comes up and it just says that this website is parked free courtesy of godaddy.com. Someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!

  • There will be a propagation period of 1 day or it depends on your host .Everything will be alright after that. Nothing to panic !

    Thanks, it works now – was just a matter of being patient!

    I am new to wordpress and I cannot for the life of me install this on my mac 10.5.8.

    I’m having problems with the config.php file. Since I’m not using a hosting service, I would like to just install it on my mac. However, I do not know what to do as far as getting my start page to come up.
