unable to visit site from dashboard

  • I just started with WP and put up my first blog today, I have experience publishing web pages after each change, when i put up my first blog post i was unable to VISIT SITE from my dashboard page, it instead went to my host company page, do i have to publish each post just like in web pages thanks in advance william combs

    You need to first publish the post and for the blog you will have to first check with these options:

    – disable all plugins
    – upgrade wordpress to the latest version
    – change theme to default and have a check
    – Assign 766 recursive permissions to wp-contents folder
